Welcome to The Water Station. By accessing our facility, equipment, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and consistent experience for all customers.
1. Hours of Operation
Our facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Support staff may not be present at all times. If you require assistance, please contact us using the information posted on-site or on our website.
2. Use of Equipment

Use our refill stations at your own discretion.

Please ensure containers are clean and suitable for drinking water.

Tampering with equipment or bypassing payment systems is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent loss of access or legal action.
3. Water Quality and Safety
At The Water Station, we take water seriously—because we know you do too. Our systems are designed with care, maintained regularly, and use trusted filtration technology to deliver the refreshing taste and quality our customers expect.
That said, we recognize every refill journey is unique. Because you bring your own containers and refill on your own schedule, we encourage you to follow best practices for cleaning and storage to maintain that same level of quality from tap to table.
While we do everything we can to support a safe, reliable experience, use of our water and facilities is ultimately at your discretion. We're here to provide the best tools, systems, and service possible—how you use them is up to you.

All purchases must be paid in full prior to dispensing.

We accept card payments via our integrated Square terminals.

We do not currently accept cash or provide change.
5. Refunds and Exceptions
Due to the self-serve and consumable nature of our service, all purchases are final.
That said, we believe in fairness and doing right by our customers. If you believe there was an issue during your refill, we encourage you to contact us. We don’t offer refunds by default, but we do make exceptions when it’s the right thing to do. Our goal is your continued trust, not a one-time transaction.

Any damage, vandalism, or misuse may result in suspension of access or legal action.

Audio and video monitoring may be in place for security and operational purposes.
